Trainer Susanne F. Gopalan

A lifelong process of learning and training
The Trainer Susanne Gopalan presents courses in "Personality Development" and "Leadershipcoaching" for employees and top management. In Germany she studied Management with focus on Advertising Economics, and in the USA she studied Speech and Communication (MSBA) at San Francisco State University.The topic of her Master's degree was the evaluation from 25 financial institutions training programmes, working out personality- and coaching-concepts. So she developed a wide competence in the field of training and coaching.

She gained more experience with a training vacancy at the Baden-Württembergische Bank AG and a periode of working for Zeitgeist Film Ltd in New York. She was in charge for sale and its clients' acquisition in Europe and servicing. Within a work&study-project, she was the Direct Marketing Campaign Driver for IBM Deutschland GmbH, Stuttgart. She was trained to become an instructor and coach at SFSU (San Francisco, U.S.A.), received qualification in training at ADG, an Academy of German Co-Operative Associations, in Montabaur and did the aptitude test before the IHK, the Chamber of Industry and Commerce in Frankfurt/Main.

Since 1993 Susanne Gopalan has been a freelance-trainer plus she had a contract for teaching the subject rhetoric in the College of Wiesbaden. From 1990 until 1997 she worked as an consultant and coach for the Sparkassenakademie Württemberg (=an academy for bank employees and top management) and the Genossenschaftsverband (=co-operative association). Susanne Gopalan won the "German Training Award" in 1997. She developed a qualification concept for Finance- and Investment-consultants for the Sparkasse Zollernalb, a German bank. As a specialist in coaching and training she has devolped and evaluated a Performance-Coaching-Course for McKinsey & Company, Inc. Düsseldorf. Subject: "More Impact by Empathy".

Susanne Gopalan was born 1965 in Schwäbisch Gmünd and understands her personal path as a lifelong process of learning and training. She obtained training as a speaker at the SDR (=public television station in Germany), taught by Professio in "Systematical Development of Organization" and Harvard Business School in Business Mediation. She goes to courses in Indian temple-dance, loves to travel, studies languages and is always open for multicultural experiences.
